Edward F. Corcoran Plumbing and Heating was founded in 1963 by Edward (Ted) Corcoran. Ted’s son, Jack, grew up around the business and later would be the successor. Jack began to build the business even larger than what his father had done in the previous years. Following Jack, Corcoran Plumbing and Heating is now owned and operated by Susan and Alyssa Toomey. The business has gone through two generations in two different families, and with each succession, the business continues to grow.

Safety, quality workmanship, and courteous customer service have been a top priority from the beginning. Safety on job sites and within the office ensures jobs run smoothly and our employees and customers are satisfied at the end of the day. Quality workmanship is what we pride ourselves on. We know that with the quality provided, we minimize the stress on our customers. The customer service we provide allows us to make connections and keep our customers happy and up to speed with current projects.
